It's impossible to say if the application will run on Windows 10 or not since the developer discontinued the application. If you still have the setup package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. From the drop down menu, choose Windows XP Service Pack 3 and tick the Run as Administrator option as well. After this procedure, launch the setup package to test it. This is the only way at the moment to see if the application works on Windows 10 or not.

You can't activate the product because the servers and the official website are not working anymore. This is a discontinued product that's impossible to activate again. I recommend choosing an alternative. The database of Software Informer is recommended in this case to look for another alternative.

The only possibility to download the application is through the download page provided by the Software Informer. Access the download page, then wait it to start and save the file to your computer. Right click the file, choose Run as Administrator and follow the instructions.

The official website doesn't work anymore which means you will have to manually transfer the software on the new computer. You can use a USB flash drive and copy the contents of the installation directory. However, you will need a serial number, but because the official website is discontinued, it's impossible to obtain one. If it doesn't require online activation, I believe you can use the old serial number to register it.
I recommend choosing a free application that gives you the same functions as the one above. It's called Audacity and it can be downloaded from the official website.
PolderbitS will not work in Windows Compatible mode. Yet, they have new programs that advertise that it will run with Windows 7. Should I uninstall the program and download an updated version?
